1. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• Items are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

• All tags and labels are still attached.

• Items are returned in a condition suitable for resale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A $10 restocking fee per order applies to all returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive the goods in acceptable condition, we will issue the refund (minus the restocking fee) using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Payments & Chargebacks

• Unlawful or fraudulent payments may result in order cancellation.

• We reserve the right to contest any unauthorized chargebacks and seek compensation for related costs, where permitted by law.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s).

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4. Cancellations by the Seller

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of:

• Pricing or product listing errors,

• Product unavailability,

• Suspected abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from your order shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
You agree that the courts located in Chicago, Illinois shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
